فحص جاهزية التوسعScale-readiness check

هل الحل والمؤسسة والمستخدمون جاهزون للتوسع؟Are the solution, the organization and the users ready to scale?

أعط لكل بعد تقديرًا: جاهز، أو جاهز جزئيًا، أو غير جاهز، واذكر الدليل. البعد غير الجاهز لا يعني إيقاف التوسع بالضرورة، لكنه يحدد ما يجب عمله قبله أو في أثنائه.Rate each dimension as ready, partly ready or not ready, and note the evidence. A dimension that is not ready does not necessarily stop scaling, but it shows what must be done before or during it.

    هل اختُبر الحل في ظروف تمثل الواقع، ومع من لم يختاروه؟Was the solution tested in realistic conditions, and with people who did not choose it?

    هل حُدد ما يجب أن يبقى ثابتًا وما يمكن تكييفه؟Has what must stay fixed, and what may be adapted, been defined?

    الخصائص المدركةPerceived attributes

    هل يرى المتبنون ميزته، وتوافقه، وبساطته؟ وهل يستطيعون تجربته؟Do adopters see its advantage, fit and simplicity? Can they try it?

    مخاوف المتبنينAdopters' concerns

    هل نعرف مخاوفهم الحالية؟ وهل الدعم مصمم لها؟Do we know their current concerns? Is support designed around them?

    مناخ التطبيقImplementation climate

    هل يُتوقع استخدام الحل ويُدعم ويُقدَّر في الأنظمة الرسمية؟Is use of the solution expected, supported and recognized in formal systems?

    التكلفةCost

    ما التكلفة الفعلية للتشغيل دون دعم استثنائي؟ ومن يتحملها؟What does it really cost to run without exceptional support? Who bears it?

    الملكيةOwnership

    من يملك الحل؟ وهل شارك في تطويره؟ وهل أُدمج في ميزانيته وإجراءاته؟Who owns the solution? Did they help develop it? Is it in their budget and procedures?

    المسارPathway

    هل اختير مسار التوسع المناسب: متدرج، أو بالجذب، أو شامل؟Has the right scaling path been chosen: phased, pull-based or system-wide?

    المتابعةFollow-up

    كيف سنعرف أن التطبيق حقيقي لا شكلي؟How will we know implementation is real rather than nominal?
