استخدمها قبل اتخاذ القرار بشأن أي مبادرة، في مرحلة الاقتراح أو عند مراجعة المبادرات القائمة. لا تبحث فيها عن درجة؛ غايتها أن تطرح عليك الأسئلة الصحيحة.Use it before deciding on any initiative, at the proposal stage or when reviewing existing ones. It gives no score; its purpose is to ask the right questions.

    صفها دون ذكر الحل. ما الدليل على أهميتها؟Describe it without naming a solution. What evidence shows it matters?

    جديدة بالنسبة إلى من؟New to whom?

    ما مجال الابتكار؟Which domain?

    يجوز اختيار أكثر من مجال.More than one may apply.

    هل الحل معروف؟ هل السبب مفهوم؟ هل التبني مضمون؟Is the solution known? Is the cause understood? Is adoption assured?

    ما القيمة المتوقعة، ولمن؟What value is expected, and for whom?

    ما المؤشر الذي سيتغير إن نجحت المبادرة؟Which indicator will change if the initiative succeeds?
